Terms and Conditions

1. About NIXA
NIXA Inc. is a data and software company building private intelligence systems. Current product activity includes Chie PI Beta and the broader Chie Household Majordomo direction.
2. Services offered
NIXA currently offers software products and related services. Chie PI Beta helps households turn receipts and order records into organized, searchable purchase memory. Features may include receipt intake, order record organization, analytics, search, exports, account settings, and beta support.
3. Product-specific policies
Chie has its own product-specific policy set in addition to NIXA company-level terms. Chie users should also review the Chie Privacy Policy, Chie Terms, and Chie AI and Data Processing Notice.
4. Accounts and beta access
Some NIXA products may require an account, beta invitation, email verification, or other access controls. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using the services only as allowed by these terms and product-specific terms.
5. Billing
Paid software subscriptions or paid features may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, included usage, and plan details are shown at checkout or in the product before purchase.
6. Cancellation policy
Customers may cancel a paid software subscription at any time. When a subscription is canceled, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. NIXA does not normally provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
7. Refund and dispute policy
Refunds are issued if NIXA makes a billing mistake or does not provide the paid software service as described. Accidental charge requests are reviewed case by case when reported promptly. To request review of a charge, email support@nixainc.com with the account email, charge date, and explanation.
8. Return policy
NIXA does not currently sell physical goods through this website, so physical returns do not apply.
9. Legal and export restrictions
You may not use NIXA services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or export-restricted purposes. NIXA software is not intended to provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, or other professional advice.
10. User content and responsibility
You are responsible for information you submit to NIXA products. Do not submit information you do not have the right to submit, and do not submit unnecessary sensitive information such as full payment card numbers, government identifiers, bank credentials, or highly sensitive personal documents unless a specific product explicitly requires it.
11. Intellectual property
NIXA, Chie, Chie PI, product names, logos, software, designs, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by NIXA Inc. or its licensors. No rights are granted except those needed to use the services as provided.
12. Service availability and changes
NIXA services may change, pause, or become unavailable because of maintenance, beta limits, provider outages, security work, product changes, or events outside our control. Beta products may be incomplete, experimental, or changed before broader launch.
13. Prohibited uses
- Do not break the law, violate another person's rights, or submit records you are not authorized to submit.
- Do not attempt to access, probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise NIXA systems.
- Do not bypass authentication, invite, rate-limit, payment, privacy, or account controls.
- Do not upload malware, exploit code, deceptive content, or content intended to interfere with processing systems.
- Do not resell, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit NIXA services without written permission.
14. Termination
You may stop using NIXA services at any time. NIXA may suspend, revoke, or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms were violated, account security is at risk, payment is not completed, or continued access could harm the service or others.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. NIXA does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, or complete accuracy of OCR, AI, analytics, categorization, search, or beta features.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, NIXA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the services.
