Services offered

NIXA currently offers software products and related services. Current public product activity includes Chie PI Beta and the broader Chie Household Majordomo direction.

Returns

NIXA does not currently sell physical goods through this website, so physical returns do not apply.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds are issued if NIXA makes a billing mistake or does not provide the paid software service as described. Accidental charge requests are reviewed case by case when reported promptly. Contact support first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel a paid software subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. NIXA does not normally provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Legal and export restrictions

NIXA software may not be used for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or export-restricted purposes. NIXA software is not intended to provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, or other professional advice.

Promotions

NIXA does not currently offer public promotions through this site. If a promotion is offered in the future, the applicable discount, eligibility rules, duration, and limits will be shown with that promotion.
